Со дня пуска автодорожного моста через реку Иртыш в Тобольске прошло двадцать лет. С высокого берега взирали горожане на развернувшуюся внизу панораму строительства 650-метрового моста и много лет затем с нетерпением ждали его завершения и открытия. Он – один из самых значимых объектов ТФ "Мостоотряд-87". В то время предприятие возглавлял И.П. Нечта, именно под его руководством воздвигалось уникальное сооружение.
«Началось грандиозное строительство в апреле 1983 года, – нынешний руководитель Леонид Губко. – Однако два года – с 87-ого по 89-ый – в работе был перерыв. Он связан с ликвидацией последствий Чернобыльской аварии. Тогда специальные пролетные строения в СССР выпускал один завод КурганСтальМост. Его продукция уходила в Чернобыль. В общем, было не до Тобольска…
Случались разные нештатные ситуации во время работы – и перебои с оборудованием, и затопление котлована. Однако к третьему году строительства отряд насчитывал уже 480 человек, был оснащен хорошей техникой и оборудованием, восемь авто- и гусеничных кранов, к тому же, только что получены новые самосвальные КамАЗы. На мосту закончили первую и вторую опоры. На 40-метровую глубину была погружена сваеоболочка диаметром 1,6 метра, позже вошли в работу еще две опоры. Работа шла полным ходом и завершилась 30 сентября 1991 года в стадии добротного и надежного сооружения».

Twenty years have passed since the launch of the road bridge over the Irtysh River in Tobolsk. From the high bank, the townspeople looked at the panorama of the construction of the 650-meter bridge unfolding below and then waited impatiently for its completion and opening for many years.
