Международный автопробег 1907 года проводился по инициативе французской газеты «Ле Матэн» (Le Matin) по маршруту Пекин – Париж вдоль Сибирского тракта на Москву и Варшаву. Маршрут пролегал через города Российской империи – Иркутск, Красноярск, Омск, Петропавловск, Курган, Златоуст, Бирск, Елабугу, Казань, Нижний Новгород, Владимир, Москву, Смоленск, Борисов, Брест.
18 июля 1907 года в Тюмень прибыли участники автопробега Пекин – Париж. Сцена встречи была снята фотографом Иосифом Шустером у деревни Воиновой. С князем Боргезе приехал Луиджи Барзини, корреспондент «Dailu Telegraphe» и «Corriere della sera» и Шанфер.
«Сибирская торговая газета» описывала сцену встречи гостей в Тюмени так:
«На Царской улице автомобиль дожидалась уже толпа народа, хлынувшая затем во двор д. Папина, где остановился кн. Боргезе. Все с любопытством осматривали чудовищный автомобиль, высоко нагруженный разной поклажей... Всех интересовал вопрос сколько стоит автомобиль и сколько может делать в час верст. Автомобиль итальянской фирмы „Фиант“ (орфография сохранена), построен специально для дальних гонок; с ним уже знакома Россия по гонкам Москва – Петербург. Стоимость его около 6000 р., машина весит 120 пуд., имеет 40 лошадиных сил и способна развивать до 120 километров в час. Насколько велика быстрота передвижения видно из того, что всю Монголию автомобиль прошел в 34 часа, делая в час 80-95 верст».

The 1907 International Motor Rally was held on the initiative of the French newspaper «Le Matin» on the Beijing – Paris route along the Siberian Highway to Moscow and Warsaw. The route ran through the cities of the Russian Empire – Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Petropavlovsk, Kurgan, Zlatoust, Birsk, Yelabuga, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Moscow, Smolensk, Borisov, Brest.
18 (5) In July 1907 , participants of the Beijing motor rally arrived in Tyumen – Paris. The meeting scene was shot by photographer Joseph Schuster near the village Military. Luigi Barzini, correspondent of the "Dailu Telegraphe" arrived with Prince Borghese and "Corriere della sera" and Chanfer.
The Siberian Trade Newspaper described the scene of the meeting of guests in Tyumen as follows:
"On Tsarskaya Street, a crowd of people was already waiting for the car, which then poured into the courtyard of D. Papin, where Prince Borghese is staying. Everyone was curiously examining the monstrous car, highly loaded with various luggage... Everyone was interested how much a car costs and how many miles it can do per hour. The car of the Italian company "Fiant" (spelling is preserved) was built specifically for long-distance racing; Russia is already familiar with it because of races Moscow - Petersburg. Its cost is about 6000 rubles, the car weighs 120 pounds, has 40 horsepower and is capable of developing up to 120 kilometers per hour. How great is the speed of movement can be seen from the fact that the car passed the whole of Mongolia in 34 hours, making 80-95 versts per hour."
